As Steve Perry has always said, " You can bet when you come to a Journey Concert, We won't Let You Down!" Even though Mr. P was not here, the sounds of the band were surely the sound of "JOURNEY." The new lead singer "Steve Augeri" did very well and is very close to sounding like Steve Perry. But throughout the concert, I had a uneasy feeling not seeing Mr. P on stage singing.....It was just a strange feeling. But in all, I was glad to see the band back together and back in town. My wife was in tears at times through some of the songs and when I asked her what was wrong, she just said that she wished that Steve Perry was singing and the one on stage. The show was great, and I wish all you Journey Fans to go and see the show, Journey is Back and you will leave the show happy. The band palyed for over 2 hours and we had 2 encores before we had to end the party. I'm from the valley where Steve Perry grew up, and having been a Journey Fan for many years, I can bet that Steve Perry will be back on stage before you know it.
